On Sunday, 11 May 2025, Drama Development Agency, NEOGAL S.A., and the Institute of
Veterinary Research of ELGO-DIMITRA presented the project’s premium cheeses as part of
the Dramoinognosia festival at Eleftheria Square in Drama, Greece. The event featured an
original culinary demonstration and presentation showcasing the cheeses developed
through the project.
Chef Georgios Palisidis prepared a selection of dishes based on the cheeses studied within
the project.
The live demonstration highlighted innovative culinary applications of the project’s cheeses,
offering consumers and invited journalists the opportunity to discover their distinctive
characteristics through recipes such as:
- Cheese fondue featuring the project’s cheeses.
- Orzo with eggplant and Telemes cheese, flavoured with fresh rosemary.
- Omelette with Anthotyro cheese and blueberries.
