The Agricultural Cooperative of Paros operates:  a winery – gathering of the island’s grapes for the production of PDO wines, an olive mill operating during the olive harvest season for olive oil production and since 2000, a cheese factory which mainly produces hard cheeses such as graviera, kefalaki, kefalotiri, etc.

Among the most special cheeses produced, are: the krasotyri and the kefalaki of Paros that stays for 2 months in olive oil. Also other products: anthotiro, xinotyro, formaki, myzithra, xinomyzithra, fresh butter.
